Complete this application if you want to become a Captain for the AIL *Season Two (Starting Jan. 23rd).

Qualifying captains must meet Master Level achievements from AI (**not including snipers, knives, and grenades. Photos must be submitted when applying).

In the event that you are appointed as a team captain or assume leadership of a team and wish to alter the team's name and logo, there will be a standard  $45 for our Graphic Design team to do the art work Required.
